Cromaine District Library provides many different research tools for it's cardholders. Subscription databases provide a wealth of information on topics ranging from finding your ancestors to elementary-level research. The information in these databases is often easier to find and more reliable than what you can find on the World Wide Web.
Remote (out-of-the-library) access is offered to the resources listed below. There are additional resources accessible only from within the library building. To use subscription databases, authentication is required - you will have to provide your complete library card number. No authentication is necessary from within the library building.

If you do not have a Cromaine library card, but are a resident of Michigan, you may still access the great majority of these resources. You will be asked to authenticate by providing your driver's license or state ID number.
